Why did you become a police officer?

A job that’s not mundane.

What’s your favourite part of the job?

Catching the criminals or catching them out when they lie.

What was your favourite RW moment that you were in?

Perhaps not favourite, but most memorable was the one where father and son had been attacking each other with hammers, all over son’s girlfriend.  (The Christmas Special)  The son had gone mad in his flat.  He displayed his anger by making a real mess of an internal door and frame.

What was your favourite RW moment of another officer’s?

The best one has to be Pat… when he kicks his car in anger after wrecking the clutch.

What was it like being followed by a camera crew?

Easy after a while, they were part of the crew.

If you weren’t a police officer, what do you think you would be doing?

Still in the Forces, (maybe)

Which of the cars did you like driving the best?

TV35.  The silver one, as I wrote the blue one off in a head on with a stolen car.

I don’t like cats.
